I have over twenty years of executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and coaching. My experience and education have given me strategic insight into what organizations and leaders need to thrive. Coach Stokley has over two decades of experience in Executive Leadership, Management, Coaching, Public Speaking, Christian Leadership, and Nonprofit and Entrepreneurial industries. With over twenty-five years of leadership and management across various sectors, Coach Stokley possesses strategic and forensic knowledge of servant leadership, transformational leadership, organizational leadership, leadership development, Christian leadership, coaching and training leaders, and pioneering start-ups and company expansions.

Coach Stokley holds a Doctorate of Education in Leadership, a Master of  Organizational Leadership & Coaching, and a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology. 

Coach Jerrell is a Certified Intelligent Leadership Master Executive Coach through ICF-approved John Mattone Global. Furthermore, he is certified as a  Life and Leadership Coach by the ICF-approved Lifeforming Institute. Coach Jerrell is Certified in all International Coach Federation competencies. His programs follow all ICF Guidelines.   

Coach Jerrell is President & CEO of Maximum Success Coaching and Maximum Success Coaching Institute( Maximum Success Coaching Academy (thinkific.com). He is also the Founder and President of New  Direction Community Development Corporation (  New Direction CDC - Food, Tutoring) and Founder & CEO of Covenant Grave TV  (covenantgracechurch.org). In addition, Dr. Jerrell Stokley, Jr. has written several books, including 21 Principles of  Change, Becoming Your Best You, The Search Six Dimensions of Purpose, Looking Within, and No Pain No Purpose.
